Commission TOS
Contact me via my twitter or Discord @Akatsuki__-I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.-Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please tell me before submitting the commission; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.-Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.-I have every right to decline a commission.-If client is found supporting and/or is in groups who participate in zoophilia, pedophilia, transphobia, homophobia, Nazism, etc. They will immediately be refunded and blacklisted.-Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Commissions takes 2 weeks max in a normal context but if the commission is really complex or I encounter exterior issues, it may be delayed. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.-Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please do not remove the watermark and do not trace over the art.-Only the commissioner is allowed to repost/reupload/use the finished piece with the exception that the commissioner allows someone else to use it.-Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.-Please come with a a clear digital reference sheet. The only exception is for the creation design commision.
Payment-Payment is via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.-If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a full refund (I will not refund the part that paypal takes at every money exchange so you will probably loose a small percentage).-In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I will give a total refund.-Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.
Process-Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch and flat colors for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.-Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Some minors changement can be done at that moment but bigger revisions will result in an additionnal fee.
---What I will draw----All type of Anthropomorphics animals and mystical creatures/monsters-Feral (only SFW)-Slightly nsfw/kinky art like: soft vore, tf (transformation), size difference (macro/micro) or anything not too explicit.-Chubby body types but not something too extrem for my artstyle----What I will NOT draw----Backrounds-Humans, most humanoids-Copywritten characters-Bara, or excessive muscles or fat-Hate symbols, or anything racist, sexist, or harmful.-Kids or young characters. Including anything that fetishizes child themes. (Diapers, bottles, ect)-Self harm scars-Genitalia of any kind-Feral or real animals in distress or in sexual context-Scat, Vomit and sp$rm-Ageplay-Graphic NSFW and gore (I deserve the right to refuse an nsfw commission if it makes me too much umcomfortable)
